Healthy Eating Workshop

This workshop will give attendees the awareness and skills to eat simple, healthy, tasty meals and build a positive relationship with food. By gaining an understanding of the food system, food prep and cooking skills and an awareness of what healthy eating means for them, attendees can enjoy healthy food in a way that’s practical and achievable

The workshop is led by Chris Martin and Fran Wiseman from the Harvest Workers Coop.

Fran has a keen interest/passion for natural whole Foods and seasonal, preferably foraged foods.

Chris deeply values health and enjoys being a nutrition coach, growing his own food, cooking and living a natural lifestyle.

Pricing We have tried to keep prices as affordable as we can whilst ensuring that everyone is paid a fair rate for their work. Most activities feature a reduced rate thanks to the kind support of Okehampton United Charities. If you can’t afford the full rate please buy a ticket at the reduced rate. Do get in touch if cost is a problem.
