Smoothies (by bike) sauerkraut (by hand) at the ex Smoothies (by bike) sauerkraut (by hand) at the excellent Okehampton Celebration in the Park! We were highlighting different ways to use a food surplus (when you’ve got it) to reduce food waste. Thanks @missivyevents for organising the event and @devoncountycouncil for supporting the workshops and #okehampton for being wonderful
We run this every year and it's always a great day We run this every year and it's always a great day; children and adults alike are totally awed by the incredible range of beautiful moths we see.

As moths mainly fly after dark we don't tend to see them and don't realised the amazing diversity of dhapes and colours- come and check it out! Early rising, camping possible....Booking essential.
Want to learn to scythe? A whole day covering ever Want to learn to scythe? A whole day covering everything you need to learn to manage your own plot. Adrian Thomas is a fantastic teacher and there will be loads of 1-2-1 time. 

Adrian will also have scuthes and parts for sale on the day.

Once you learn the right technique, scything si sucha a pleasureable and meditative practice.

The wonderful Diana Lee is exploring calendula - i The wonderful Diana Lee is exploring calendula - it’s history, how you use it and how to make a useful salve. Diana is a registered medical herbalist. The talk includes herb tea, calendula cake and a salve to take away!
