Learn and Dine .. In the Spring <\/h2>\n

Learn & Dine\u201d events include a seasonal meal and a nutrition workshop on how to eat through the Seasons to optimise health and help existing conditions. Join us for an inspiring talk by Ellen McCallum<\/a>, the
\nnaturopathic nutritionist and a tasty and nourishing meal prepared with local seasonal ingredients full of natural goodness.<\/p>\n

Spring is the season of re-birth, renewal and sprouting!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this first of our seasonal \u201clearn and dine\u201d evenings we will look at the foundations of optimising energy through our diet and\u00a0learn a simple, low-cost technique to do at home to support the body’s
\ndetoxification systems. The talk will look at the Chinese medicine perspective on Spring, what foods help what conditions, how to improve circulation and detoxification and some time for Q&A.\u00a0We will also enjoy a nourishing meal following these principles and made with local organic ingredients.<\/p>\n
